Refund Policy – SmartPoint Training & Education

At SmartPoint Training & Education, we aim to maintain transparency and fairness in all transactions.

1. Refund Eligibility

Students may request a refund within 7 days of payment, provided that:

  • The course has not been fully attended or completed.
  • Official materials have not been fully issued.
  • No examination registration has been processed.

2. Refund Amount

If eligible, 90% of the total paid amount will be refunded.
The remaining 10% will be retained as administrative and processing charges

3. Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds will not be applicable in the following situations:

  • After course completion.
  • After exam registration has been processed.
  • If official certificates have been issued.
  • Special promotional or discounted offers (if stated as non-refundable).

3. Refund Processing Time

Approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 working days, depending on the payment method and bank processing timelines.

If payment was made using Tabby, refunds will be processed according to Tabby’s policies and installment structure.
