Students may request a refund within 7 days of payment, provided that:
If eligible, 90% of the total paid amount will be refunded.The remaining 10% will be retained as administrative and processing charges
Refunds will not be applicable in the following situations:
Approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 working days, depending on the payment method and bank processing timelines.
If payment was made using Tabby, refunds will be processed according to Tabby’s policies and installment structure.
